Initial visit includes Consultation, Examination, Chiropractic Care (Adjustment), Report of Findings and Care Planning. You will have Report of Findings and Care Planning on your second visit without any additional fee.
【Adjustment】
One-time fee: ¥6,600 with tax
A book of tickets (validity period 1 year)
6 tickets: ¥6,050/visit with tax
10 tickets: ¥5,720/visit with tax
15 tickets: ¥5,500/visit with tax
25 tickets: ¥5,390/visit with tax
